Who is this guy?

I am a criminal defense and DUI attorney in Salt Lake City, Utah. I won’t say much else about myself or the purpose of this blog except for one thing: I intend to keep the “regurgitated news” posts to a minimum. Though I will certainly be commenting on news developments in the criminal law world and otherwise, the purpose of this blog is not to simply rehash information that you can get from a thousand other sources – it is to enlighten and encourage open debate.
